If you’re in a more touristy area or a fancy beach club, the price might be a bit higher, but overall, beer is pretty affordable in Bali. If you’re more of a cocktail person, you can find a variety of options at different price points. A basic cocktail at a local bar might cost around $5 – $8 USD, while a fancier cocktail at a trendy
Nasi Goreng is about £4 most places we went. Beers were about £2 - £2.50 and soft drinks about £1 - £1.50. There are plenty of places to eat at very reasonable prices. We found wine expensive in bars and restaurants. The bottles you get in the UK could be 5-6 times more expensive in Bali.
It says that foreign travelers can bring up to 2,250 milliliters (ml) of alcoholic drinks for personal use. This new limit is more than the 1,000 ml limit in place. This important information is in Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 20/2021, which explains the rules and import strategies.

Here is a photo of a menu in Bali, Indonesia: The Diet Coke is 14,000 rupiah. The regular Coca-Cola, and other soft drinks, are 10,000 rupiah. Why is Diet Coke more expensive than regular Coca-Cola in Bali (or Indonesia, if this is not limited to Bali)?
